GNNM3542LE is an integrated dual-stage power amplifier module with an average output power of 2 watts and a working frequency range of 3.33 to 6 GHz. The impedance of this module is 50 ohms. The module has input and output functions, and requires very few external components. Compared with traditional discrete component solutions, this module occupies much less space. The module adopts a multi-diode amplifier final stage circuit, which can provide high power and high efficiency for the entire module, with an average output power of 2 watts.
