GNNM3542LB is an integrated two-stage power amplifier module with an average output power of 2 watts and a working frequency range of 3.33 to 8 gigahertz. The module has an impedance of 50 ohms. It has input and output functions and requires very few external components. Compared to traditional discrete component solutions, this module occupies much less space. The module adopts a multi-diode amplifier final-stage circuit, which can provide high power and high efficiency for the entire module, with an average output power of 2 watts.
