GNNM2642LE is an integrated two-stage power amplifier module with an average output power of 2 watts and a rated power range of 2.5 - 2.7 GHz. The input and output impedances of this module are 500, and it does not require a large number of external components. Compared with traditional discrete component solutions, this module occupies much less area. The module adopts a multi-diode effect stage circuit as the final stage, which can provide high power and high efficiency of up to 2 watts average output power for the entire module.
