GNHM4949LN is an integrated two-stage power amplifier module with an average output power of 10 watts. It operates within the frequency range of 4.8 - 5.0 GHz. Both the input and output of this module are 500 fully matched, and no large number of external components are required. Compared with traditional discrete component solutions, this module occupies much less space. The module adopts a multi-diode effect stage circuit as the final stage, which can provide high power and high efficiency for the entire module with an average output power of up to 10 watts.
