GNHM4949LE is an integrated two-stage power amplifier module with an average output power of 10 watts. It operates within the frequency range of 4.8 - 5.0 GHz. Both the input and output of this module are 50Q fully matched, and no large number of external components are required. Compared with traditional discrete component solutions, this module occupies much less space. The module adopts a multi-tube effect stage circuit as the final stage, which can provide high power and high efficiency of up to 10 watts of average output power for the entire module.
