GNHM4948LS is an integrated two-stage power amplifier module with an average output power of 8 watts and a working frequency range of 4.45 to 0 gigahertz. The input and output of this module are both 50-ohm fully matched, and no large number of external components are required. Compared with traditional discrete component solutions, this module occupies much less area. This module adopts a multi-diode final-stage circuit, which can provide high power-added efficiency for the entire module at an average output power of 8 watts.
