GNHM3549LB is an integrated two-stage power amplifier module with an average output power of 10 watts. It operates within a frequency range of 3.3 - 3.8 GHz. Both the input and output of this module are fully matched at 50 ohms, and no large number of external components are required. Compared to traditional discrete component solutions, this module occupies much less area. The module employs a multi-tube effect stage circuit as the final stage, capable of providing high power and high efficiency for the entire module with an average output power of up to 10 watts.
