GNNM4945LA is an integrated two-stage power amplifier module with an average output power of 5 watts and a working frequency range of 4.45 to 0 gigahertz. This module features complete 50-ohm input and output matching characteristics and requires very few external components. Compared to traditional discrete component solutions, this module occupies much less area. The module employs a multi-diode effect stage as the final stage, capable of providing high power-added efficiency of up to 5 watts of average output power for the entire module.
